Innovative Solutions’s response to COVID-19

Tokyo, Japan, August 20, 2020 — Innovative solutions,Inc. (Headquarter at Yokohama-shi, KANAGAWA, CEO:Yutaka Hosoe; will hereinafter be referred to as “ISOL”) and all of its employees express their heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy to those people who have lost their lives from COVID-19 and sincerely hope the situation gets resolved soon.
Considering this severe situation caused by COVID-19, we strive to ensure the health and safety of our clients and employees.
Our facility is currently implementing the following measures in response.

1. All of the deliverables go online by using iGrafx
All of the deliverables such as documents regarding system development or requirement definition (and more) went online used by『iGrafx Platform.』
Due to this, we are now able to communicate more smoothly online with both our clients and team members during the upstream process for system development.
2. Adoption of Hybrid Working Model
We are giving consideration to the health of our employees and their families through measures such as encouraging our employees(all types) to work from home. We currently have a Hybrid Working Model that allows all the employees to work from home, and the office will be open whenever they need to come to the office.

【Infection Prevention and Control】

Daily Infection Control measure
・Implementation of Work from Home Project and having hybrid working model
・Thoroughly disinfects our office regularly
・Practicing proper hand washing and throat gargling
・Our employees who work at our client’s office follows their policy
・Keep 30% attendance rate at office by communicating with each employees
・Avoid Non-urgent business travel. If we have to, we’ll proceed with extra caution
・Our employees are told if they feel sick, are sick or have any concerns with exposure to any illness, to take care of themselves and to protect others by staying at home.
Customer visit
・Our employees will be wearing masks as a precautionary measure
・Our employees will be washing hands and disinfect with hand sanitizer before we visit
・There are possibility of suggesting the meetings via online or call

Our focus is to keep our clients and employees safe, and to continue to deliver reliable service during these unprecedented times. Also, for our better future, we will be enhancing our knowledge and understanding for a new working style that matches each and every employee.
