Capital and Business Alliance with Power Solutions, Ltd.
Tokyo, July 22, 2022: Innovative Solutions Inc. (Headquarter at Yokohama-shi, KANAGAWA, CEO: Yutaka Hosoe; hereinafter referred to as “ISOL”) has entered into a capital and business alliance (“This alliance”) with Power Solutions Ltd. (Headquarter at Chiyoda-ku, TOKYO, CEO: Tadarou Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as “Power Solutions”), as of April 17, 2024, to join the Power Solutions Group.
【Purpose of This Alliance】
Since the establishment in 2014, ISOL has been providing the following services with the aim of solving the problem of a declining workforce by increasing productivity.
BPR and IT Consulting
- Standardization of processes as a prerequisite for automation, IoT and data rectification
- Product implementation in the logistics domain
- Process mining to derive processes from data
System Development
Utilizing GeneXus, we provide a Future Proof (long term availability) system that can respond to ever-changing IT technologies without consuming a lot of time and money for OS and development platform renewal.
As our business performance has continued to grow steadily, we have also faced the problem of securing human resources, which is a consequence of the decline in the working population. Taking the opportunity of the 10th anniversary of our founding, we are looking toward the next decade, and by collaborating and mutually complementing with companies that share our values for the same purpose, through a wide range of partnerships and capital and business alliances that transcend the boundaries of customers, vendors, business types, and industrie. ISOL aims to expand its service range, including human resource development and utilization, in addition to conventional productivity improvement, and to develop new solutions.
【Content of This Alliance】
ISOL has transferred 51% of its shares to Power Solutions.
Through this alliance, we will provide new solutions in the field of DX (Digital Transformation) promotion and DX consulting by combining our know-how and experience in business consulting and GeneXus development with Power Solutions’ business domain. At the same time, we will share the know-how and technology of both companies through education and personnel exchange in order to improve the skills of our personnel and provide more advanced services to our clients in a stable manner.
Power Solutions provides outsourcing and RPA-related services, mainly business consulting, contracted system development, and operation and maintenance services to financial institutions, under the mission of “using IT to meet every last mile” to fill the gap (one more step, something missing) between the ideal state that customers want to achieve with IT. The company aims to expand its range of services in the BtoB IT field through M&A and alliances in its medium-term management plan.
