Completion of Capital Increase

Tokyo, Japan, September 4, 2020 — —Innovative solutions, Inc. (Headquarter at Yokohama-shi, KANAGAWA, CEO: Yutaka Hosoe; will hereinafter be referred to as “ISOL”) decided on increasing its capital from JPY10,000,000 to JPY30,000,000 at the shareholder’s meeting held on August 24, 2020.
This capital increase has been realized from a transfer of surplus in earnings instead of fund procurement. We plan to implement capital increase through third-party issuance in accordance with our business plan to strengthen our financial base. We continuously strive to improve our service performance and expand our business to be a reliable company for society and our clients.
